The morning sun is rising late
It’s dark by dinner, and oh I hate
To think what season now is near
Yes, winter’s coming soon I fear.
Daylight time is ending soon
And won’t return ‘til months before June
Can you bank sunshine to appreciate belated?
Maybe daylight savings time is overrated
